Learning Path

AI Adoption Program

Help employees use AI in their everyday work, with the tools your organization already runs. Each person gets an AI Fellow and personalized live sessions built around their role and tasks, while L&D can review progress and the use cases people discover.

Overview

Who this program is for.

Organizations introducing an AI assistant such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, or helping existing users apply it more confidently to their everyday work.

  • Learning and Development
  • HR and People Operations
  • IT and Digital Workplace
  • Business teams building everyday AI habits
  • Employees with access to an approved AI assistant

What it addresses

Employees need time to try AI on their own tasks, ask questions and check its answers. L&D needs to understand which uses are useful and where people need more support.

This path gives every employee their own AI Fellow and live sessions on their own tasks, using the AI tools your organization has approved. L&D gets a record of what each person practiced and which use cases they explored.

A new kind of delivery

Give every employee
their own AI Fellow

Live 1-to-1 sessions

The learner works through a task in a live conversation with their AI Fellow. They can ask a question, try an approach and get guidance as they go.

Real training in the flow of work

The first session captures their role, the AI tools they have access to and their previous experience. After that, the AI Fellow personalizes each session around their tasks and technical level.

The AI Adoption Learning Path, with two sessions complete and the next unlocked on responsible everyday AI use

Support between sessions

Alongside the Learning Path, learners can return to their AI Fellow to ask questions, explore an idea or practice applying AI to another task.

Built around the AI tools you have

The path works with whichever AI assistant your organization has approved. We adapt practice to the features, policies and access you have in place.

Curriculum

What each employee works through.

Employees work through live Fellow Sessions in order, with objectives tailored to their role. The AI Fellow records an assessment against each objective as it is completed.

  1. 01

    Meet your AI Fellow

A first win on real work, and the next task agreed AI Explorer

The welcome session. The AI Fellow learns the learner’s role and typical tasks, then runs one small real win: a summary, a short draft, a quick brainstorm. It closes by agreeing the tedious task they want off their plate next time.

  2. 02

Put AI to work on a real task

A finished piece of work they can send that day Prompt Pro

The AI tool has to prove itself on the learner’s own job. They build a prompt from four parts — goal, context, expectations, source — improve it live rather than copy a template, and iterate on what comes back.

  3. 03

    Build your AI brain

Their AI assistant set up with their role and their documents Brain Builder

The assistant stops being generic. The learner adds context about their role and audience, brings in approved documents, and asks questions grounded in that material. Available features, such as projects, notebooks or custom instructions, depend on the tool and their organization’s setup.

  4. 04

    AI in your weekly routine

One weekly workflow saved as a reusable prompt Routine Builder

The habit session. They pick the recurring workflow where AI pays off most, run this week’s real instance of it grounded in their own material, and tie it to triggers already in their week.

  5. 05

    Become an AI champion

A named habit, and one colleague brought along AI Champion

The learner names what changed and what AI now does for them every week, then commits to one concrete way of bringing a colleague along: share the prompt, run a show-and-tell, or help one person to their first win.

Managers need a different path.

So do sales, finance and customer success. Any role can have its own path, built on the work that role actually does.

Reporting

See progress and emerging AI use cases

Review session progress, AI-written assessments and the use cases employees discuss. These learning records help L&D identify where teams need further practice.

One learner's record in the AI Adoption Program: two of five sessions, with the AI Fellow's notes on human review and approved tools

One person’s record: sessions completed, the task they chose, and the AI Fellow’s assessment of the session objectives.
