Built on years of learning.
Anna Cejudo and Pau Garcia-Milà founded Founderz in 2021 to make practical professional education more accessible. The school brought together expert teaching, collaborative learning and technology that helped people apply new ideas.
Founderz became a Microsoft Worldwide Training Partner on AI and has trained more than 700,000 people. That experience shaped how we think about learning: good content matters, and so does the opportunity to ask questions, practice and get feedback.
Frontierz brings that approach to the skills each business needs.
People need somewhere to ask the next question, try a new approach and practice before they use a skill at work.
With Frontierz, companies can turn their own knowledge and objectives into live learning with AI Fellows. Learning Paths guide people through a subject; AI Simulations let them rehearse conversations and situations they will encounter at work.
Founderz continues as our digital AI school. Frontierz is our platform for workplace learning, from AI adoption and onboarding to customer conversations and manager development.
Co-founder
Anna Cejudo
Born in Barcelona in 1990. Anna leads education, talent and institutional partnerships. Her work has been recognized by Forbes Spain, ASU+GSV and the HearstLab Visionary Award.
Anna and Pau have been building companies together since 2014, when they launched Ideafoster, later acquired by Canvia, part of Advent International. In 2021 they founded Founderz. Today, she helps bring personalized learning to professionals and organizations through Founderz and Frontierz.

Pau Garcia-Milà
Born in Olesa in 1987. Pau co-founded eyeOS at 17; the cloud computing company was later acquired by Telefónica. He received the Princess of Girona Award in 2010 and was named Innovator of the Year by MIT Technology Review at 24.
At Founderz and Frontierz, Pau leads product vision, growth and international expansion. His focus is on making technology useful to people, including the AI Fellows and Learning Paths that support learning through conversation and practice.

Every session, message, and voice is labeled. There is no blurred line between human and machine.

Admins set the purpose, limits, and capabilities, and can review transcripts, configuration history, and recorded knowledge retrieval.

Your data is yours
Data is separated by tenant. With bring-your-own Azure AI Foundry, inference can use your organization's Azure resources.

Fellows give people a place to practice and prepare. People remain responsible for judgment and decisions.

Privacy is a right
Camera and screen sharing require your action. Live images are temporary; transcripts can retain information discussed.
