This document sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms") that govern access to and use of the website www.frontierz.com (the "Website") and the Frontierz Studio platform (the "Platform"), both owned and operated by Founderz Emprendimiento, S.L. (hereinafter "Frontierz" or "We"), a Spanish company with registered office at Avenida Diagonal, 545 – P. 5, Barcelona (08029), Tax Identification Number B06944375, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, volume 47908, folio 19, sheet B566041, contactable at hello@frontierz.com.
These Terms apply to:
By browsing the Website, registering on the Platform, or interacting with an AI Fellow, the Visitor, Customer, or User accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Legal Advice, and the Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Website and the Platform.
Frontierz reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration, and content of the Website and the Platform, as well as the conditions required for access and use. Continued use after such modifications take effect implies acceptance of the changes.
Frontierz provides a real-time voice AI platform that deploys digital teammates ("AI Fellows") to organizations. The Platform offers two solutions, available together or independently:
Both solutions are managed through Frontierz Studio, the administration hub where Customer admins and managers create, configure, and monitor AI Fellows and Learning Paths.
Frontierz is a private commercial entity. The Platform and its content are not university-level training and are not officially recognized academic qualifications. Frontierz is, however, a Microsoft Worldwide Training Partner on AI.
An AI Fellow is a configurable digital teammate with its own persona, voice, instructions, knowledge base, and skills. AI Fellows can hold real-time voice conversations, reference uploaded knowledge files, take actions through integrations ("Skills"), and adapt to each conversation.
During a voice session, the AI Fellow may request access to the User's microphone, and where the Customer has enabled it, to the User's camera and screen. Activation of any of these is entirely optional and at the User's sole discretion. The User may revoke access at any time without affecting the rest of the conversation.
Where the User chooses to share camera or screen content, the Platform processes that content on a transitory basis to provide the requested service. Camera images and screen captures are not stored on Frontierz's servers beyond the active session. The User decides what to share (full screen, a specific window, or a single browser tab) through the browser's native selection dialog.
For more information on the processing of personal data when interacting with AI Fellows, please consult our Privacy Policy.
Learning Paths consist of a series of sequential sessions. Each session has objectives that the AI Fellow evaluates through dialogue. As the User demonstrates understanding or provides the required information, the AI Fellow marks objectives as complete and the next session unlocks. Sessions are voice-first, objective-driven, and resumable: if a User leaves mid-session, their progress is preserved and the AI Fellow picks up where they left off.
Voice conversations on the Platform are automatically transcribed and summarized. Transcripts are accessible to the User who participated in the conversation and to the Customer's authorized admins and managers. Transcripts may also be used by the AI Fellow to provide continuity in future conversations with the same User.
For Standalone AI Fellows accessed without an account, transcripts are still generated and may be reviewed by the Customer's admins for quality assurance and to improve the experience.
Customers may configure Skills that connect AI Fellows to their internal systems through HTTP endpoints. When triggered during a conversation, a Skill sends structured data collected by the AI Fellow to the configured external system and may relay the response back to the User.
Frontierz is not responsible for the availability, behavior, accuracy, or security of third-party systems connected through Skills. The Customer is responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of the Skills it deploys.
Access to Frontierz Studio and to Learning Paths requires a user account. Customers register through a contract or onboarding flow agreed with Frontierz. Authorized Users registered by a Customer must provide their full name and email and create a password.
User accounts are strictly personal and may not be shared or transferred to third parties. The User is responsible for protecting their credentials and must notify Frontierz of any loss, theft, or unauthorized access at hello@frontierz.com so that the account can be blocked.
Standalone AI Fellows may be accessible without an account through a public link or an embeddable widget on a Customer's website or LMS. In that case, anyone with the link can start a voice conversation, subject to these Terms.
Frontierz reserves the right to modify the content and capabilities of the Platform (add, remove, or change AI Fellows, Learning Paths, Skills, or other features) without generally reducing the contracted service. Where a substantial reduction in contracted features occurs, the corresponding agreement with the Customer will govern any adjustment.
Frontierz services are commercialized to organizations through subscriptions and contracts negotiated directly with each Customer. Applicable fees, payment terms, and contract duration are set out in the corresponding agreement. Prices are expressed in euros and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Discounts and promotions launched by Frontierz only apply to services contracted from the start date of the relevant promotion. Promotions are not retroactive, and Customers who contracted services before a promotion started may not claim the discount or any partial refund of amounts already paid.
Payment of the agreed fees is processed through secure payment channels. The transmission of personal or banking data is carried out using encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). Where payment card details are required, they are entered directly into the payment provider's environment and are neither stored nor processed on Frontierz's servers.
If an amount has been charged fraudulently or improperly to a payment card, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge through their card issuer.
The Customer and the User undertake to make appropriate, diligent, and lawful use of the Website, the Platform, and the AI Fellows, and in particular:
The Customer and the User shall be liable for any breach of the above and for any loss or damage suffered by Frontierz as a result of misuse. Any use contrary to these Terms or to applicable law may result in the account being blocked, without prejudice to any judicial or extrajudicial action Frontierz may take.
Within the framework of providing the services, Frontierz may process the personal data of Visitors, Customers, and Users as Data Controller, respecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies on the Website is regulated by the Cookies Policy.
Provided that the User gives express consent, or where there is a contract in force with the User or the Customer, Frontierz may send commercial communications to keep the User updated on news, products, or services that may be of interest. The User may withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link included in any commercial communication or by emailing hello@frontierz.com.
If the User does not agree with these Terms or with any changes to them, they must immediately stop using the Website and the Platform.
If a Customer or User wishes to deactivate an account on the Platform, they must send an email to hello@frontierz.com indicating their intention to deactivate it. Once deactivated, the account will no longer be accessible. For information on the retention of personal data after account deactivation, please consult the Privacy Policy.
Frontierz may terminate or suspend access to the Platform in the event of breach of these Terms, of the underlying contract with the Customer, or where required by law.

However, Frontierz does not guarantee that the Website or the Platform will be free of errors, that they will not become outdated, or that operation will be uninterrupted. The User assumes any risk arising from use of the internet, including the possible transmission of viruses or other harmful code.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontierz shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise from:
In any case, Frontierz shall only be liable for damages that were foreseen or could have been foreseen at the time of use of the Website or the Platform, and that result directly from a grossly negligent breach of substantial contractual obligations.

In the course of using the Platform, the Customer or User may upload knowledge files, documents, recordings, transcripts, or other content ("User Content") to AI Fellows or Learning Paths. The Customer and User retain all rights in their User Content. By uploading User Content, the Customer and User grant Frontierz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display the User Content for the limited purpose of providing the contracted services.
Frontierz does not use Customer or User Content to train its underlying AI models, does not share User Content across Customers, and treats each Customer's data as logically isolated by design.

Under article 17 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, when Frontierz becomes aware of the unlawful nature of any third-party content or link, it will remove or block it in accordance with articles 11 and 16 of that Law.
Frontierz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users through a notice on the Website or by email, together with the updated version of the Terms. Continued use of the Website or the Platform after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the modified Terms.
